Even the best (especially the best) can improve their performance in key business areas. For Procter & Gamble’s (P&G) Jackson Pringles plant, safety practices already had a high level of compliance from the manufacturing population; but, P&G recognized that safety rules and safe behavior were not necessarily the same thing. And so, with the help of Bright Side, they launched an initiative to embed safe behavior as a way of life, not just a set of rules because safety is a journey to 100% safe practices, not a chart leading to 0% in Total Incident Reporting (TIR).
