Christine Taylor

Chris Taylor is a dynamic, leader-development expert with vast global experience.  Having worked in many areas of the world – South America, Europe, and the Far East including China and Japan – Chris has experience with many cultures.  Global corporations, realizing the significance of cross-cultural knowledge, recognize the need to apply collaborative styles amongst their diverse business units.  Chris is able to discern between cultural barriers and resistance to learning, creating an environment where participants become more open to learning and energized for change.

At Bright Side, Chris designs and facilitates personal and team leader development processes to drive behavior change and measurable organizational outcomes.  Knowing today’s leaders recognize technical skills alone are no longer enough, Chris’ designs reflect the importance that interpersonal skills play in leadership development at all levels.

Her credentials combine rich experience with Global 50 companies, corporate university programs, and non-profit organizations.  Prior to joining Bright Side, Chris was a part of the Saturn Consulting Services where she was a Senior Consultant. While working with General Motor’s partners and suppliers, Chris was instrumental in training people to embrace the simple idea:  to put people first. 

As a former Director of Social Services in Ohio, USA, Chris specialized in Community Program Design and Development. Community-based programs Chris designed and developed over 20 years ago, centering on families, are still successfully operating today. Chris earned her Master’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University.  Her combination of business and clinical counseling experience assures any audience of an unusually comprehensive Bright Side process that will inspire awareness, energize change, and help transform your goals into concrete actions.
